1. In the noon the observer must be at the side of earth facing the sun therefore constellation Taurus comes in it’s line of sight . So, Taurus would be high in the sky at noon for the observer at earth location 1.
2. Whereas at night it must be in the part away from the sun and then constellation scorpius comes in its line of sight.so, scorpius is the answer according to location 1.
