None of them is correct. Force due to charged rod on right have two components(i.e. Vertical components and horizontal component). Vertical components cancel out as force from the bottom half of the rod cancels the force from the top half. Horizontal component acts to the left and it is lesser in magnitude than the force by Q0 to the right. So we are left with a net force towards right on the test charge.
