(A) for parallel capacitor,

Ceq = C1 + C2 + C3 + C4

= (4 x 16.5)

= 66 mF  

(B) T = R C = (60)(66 x 10^-3)

= 3.96 sec  


(C) I = I0 [ e^(-t/RC)]

0.48 I0 = I0 e^(-t / 3.96)

-t / 3.96 = ln(0.48)

t = 2.91 sec
