Use the table below and your understanding of how US water-related laws could be used to control the following situation. Two towns are diverting drinking water from a common stream as indicated below. Town 2 finds it often experiences water shortages due to low flows and must consequently spend large sums of money to upgrade its water treatment plant because of the low quality of the river water. Town 2 would also like to develop a scenic area along the town's water front using federal funding. This would require a steady supply of water for aesthetic reasons and would also require high quality water that would support an aquatic community. town 1 and 2 shoud store water in reserviour so they can easly store good quality water and it will be cheap.

counstrution is little expencive but it is a one time investment for people out there.

by this remedie they can easly share water if other need thou. this is good for people if they can use water treatment plate as well.

aur use water cleansing substancefor making water clean and useable.

some how if they have problems in reserviour then they shoud store water individually in home at home standards. it will make this work much easier. water treatment plat should be consist of screening, gretting, then

coagulation, floculation, then clearification.this treatment plants shoud be attached with reserviour. reservioure is the simple and easy way to store and keeping water clean.
