Refrigerator B contains the meat and 100 kg of water. Refrigerator C contains the meat, and 100 kg of cereal. The door of each refrigerator is open and closed for about 30 s every 10 minutes. Which refrigerator meat would you expect to become spoiled faster and which refrigerator meat would you expect to become spoiled slower? Justify your answer using an argument based on heat capacity.
