Hi Guys,I was looking over the Voltage gain on this circuit. Now thatthe configuration accounts for the voltages to be parallel to eachother, if the output voltage was taken over the controlled currentsource, Vo/Vi, would the gain just be Vi/Vi = 1?
Or am i missing a concept there?

Explanation / Answer
Yes. If the supply is fixed i.e. input current is fixed then theoutput voltage Vout must be equal or lesser thn Input voltage dueto circuit losses.
This is due to power equality principle i.e.
Pin = Pout + Ploss
Ii*Vi = Io*Vo + iloss*vloss.
