A CHP Plant consist of a turbine unit the exhaust gases of which are used to raise steam in a steam generator; the gases leaving the steam generator than pass through a heat exchange to heat water for space heating before entering the chimney. In the steam cycle steam is bled off at an intermediate pressure and passed to a de-aerator/ Open-feed heater, the below and neglecting the mass flow rate of fuel, feed-pump work, and all thermal and pressure losses not listed below, calculate.i. The required mass flow rate of stream

iii. The overall efficiency defined as the total use full energy, divided by the fuel energy input
