Hello, Those are some good questions! 1- It cannot be equal, because of the heat transfer. air is notgood in transferring heat, but water is great in transferring heat!for example: when you change your halogen bulb (for ur car) youwill see a warning ( don't touch the bulb itself! ) for the samereason. 2- In Florida, ( high temperatures ) an evaporative system,is not recommended, as when you cool the room down, the and thetemperature outside is too high, because of the temperaturedifference, it tends to condense ( which is a concern!!! ), and theopposite for Arizona!
