Using Quartus II complete the following:

Design a digital circuit that will count down the odd numbers from 7 to 1 and repeat itself as long as the control signal, CTR, receives a "HIGH" state. The circuit will count up the even numbers starting from 2 to 6 and repeat the even numbers up counting thereafter as long as CTR has a "LOW" state. Your design should include the following: State diagram State table Boolean equations for all the inputs of the FFs. Circuit implementation - use Quartus II to generate the block-diagram.
