During the transition of cadherin from epithelial to mesenchymal and vice versa the functionality of the cadherin molecules looses due to mutation or any potent inhibitors leads to release of Beta catenin into cytoplasm, which migrates into the nucleus and triggers the expression of EMT inducing transcription factors so that cascade Receptor protein kinase pathways activated and suppresses the apoptosis and triggers metastasis leads to carcinoma condition. This is done also due to upregulation of Cadherin protein may over express in the development of cell so un regulated cell cycle events leads to cancerous tissue.
