I am getting the distance approximately 38 cm, which on multiplying by 2 becomes 76 cm. , i.e. 0.76 m.

Now considering that the value of (delta)t obtained by you in table 2 is correct (I dont know how you got that), the answer is 0.76/0.36 = 2.11 m/s.

Do check your value of (delta)t is the solution seems wrong. I am not sure about that.
