F) This is because while the object in contact with the surface is on the verge of moving and not moving, the irrgularities are locked with each others surface more tightly. While in moving conditions, there is not much time for these irregularities to interlock in a way as good as it was previously. So, better the linerlocking, more is the force required to overcome them. Hence coefficient of static friction is larger than the coefficient of the kinetic friction.
G) Reaction force is always acting in presence of action force. But if A exerts a force on B (action), in return B exerts an equal and opposite force on A(reaction force). Hence, the action and reaction forces are not acting on the same body, and donot cancel out.
H) We cannot understand all physical sciences just by studying physics which may concern the most fundamental laws and theories, because all the physical phenomena include a sinificant portion of matters governed by topics other than physics namely maths, chemistry, biology, home science etc. and hence they should also be studied to completely understand all physical sciences.
