Distance between them = 2.58*109 m
Let the point be at a distnace x from Earth
G*6*1024/x2 = G*8.68*1025/(2.58*109 - x)2
6/x2 = 86.8/(2.58*109-x)2
2.58*109/x - 1 = sqrt(86.8/6)=3.8
x = 0.5375*109 m = 0.5375*106 km
