150 x 10^- 12 = ( 4 pi x 8.854 x 10^-12 ) / ( 1/R1 - 1/ R1 + 3x 10^3)

( 1/R1 - 1/ R1 + 3x10^-3 ) = 0.741

( 3 x 10^-3) /(R1^2 + 3x10^-3 R1) = 0.741

R1^2 + 3x 10^-3 R1 - 0.004=0
