a) If D is always high the input will always be 1 to first flip flop. The values will propogate at every clock pulse.

b) If D is high only for the first clock pulse and 0 for the rest.

c) If D is high for 1st , 3rd and 7th clock pulse.

d) The circuit above is a serial in serial out shift register using JK flip flop. The J K flip flop is used as D flip flop.
