The task number 0 is kens network training project this type of task is a parent task since this includes all the remaining tasks and it is having a start time and end time

Task number 1 is documentation, this type of task is a normal task, since it does not involve any other tasks, and has a definite start time and end time

(ii) The duration variance is a parameter which is useful for measuring the progress of the project, for example a baseline is set for a project and after few days we want to review the status of the project, then the duration variance is useful, here it is 4.5 days, that means the project is going to take 4.5 days more than the scheduled duration.
