After approximately one month of these symptoms, he was seen at the Student Health Center of Jensen University, where he is a student, and was diagnosed as having an infection in the epididymis and was treated with doxycycline. He had subsequent improvement in both pain and swelling over the course of the first few days; however, the pain then returned with mild increase in swelling again. He also reports afew episodes of chills for the past months, but denies anorexia, malaise, night sweats, trauma, any abnormal voiding symptoms, or urethral discharge. He is sexually active.
