Hello again, I'm confused!!!!! I understood where the previous persongot to (Fc) = mr2 , but what is the centripitalforce equal to???????   Because when I plug everything init looks like this  Fc = m * (1.7 x 107m)*(/3000)....how do I get the mass A small satellite is 10,000km above the center of a planet andorbits it once in 100min. What is the mass of theplanet? (Assume the satellite’s mass is much less thanthe planet’s mass.) Hello again, I'm confused!!!!! centripetal force is the attraction towards the centre =GMm/r2 where M IS THE MASS OF THE PLANET AND mis the mass of satellite =GM/r2 as m is small so remaining obvious
