1a) The donor can donate his kidney to patient as the blood type matches and tissue match is also okay since 4 out of 6 HLA markers are same . But still one can not be sure with this much information. If the patient posses antibodies for the HLA antigens which didn't matched may cause organ rejection.
1b if the patient has any antibodies present in his serum against antigens present in donor's kidney. The antibodies will then attack the new organ and reject it. To avoid this, cross matching test is done . In this test, we determine whether the patient has antibodies against patient's donor. To determine this, patient's serum is mixed with donor's white blood cells.
1c The donor can not donate bone marrow to patient as 100% matching is mandatory for this.
