(b) yes, it does matter if you use Fahrenheit, becauseto convert from Celsius to Fahrenheit you have to use a factor of9/5. So: .             15000000 in Celsius is    (9/5) *15000000 =   27000000 = 2.7 x107 F     which is verydifferent
