speed of 0.2kg cart=0+F/0.2*1=5 F m/sec
similarly
speed of 2kgcart=0+F/2*1=0.5F m/sec
momentum of 0.2kg cart=0.2*5F=F kgm/sec
momentum of 2kg cart=2*0.5F=F kgm/sec
hence both bodies have the same momentum after 1 sec
