Question
In a model AC generator, a 500 turnrectangular coil 6.0 cm by 25 cm rotates at 118 rev/minin a uniform magnetic field of 0.59T. (a) What is the maximum emf induced in thecoil? So I got 55.6V for the first part of theanswer which is correct. (b) What is the instantaneous value of the emf in the coil att = (/30) s? Assumethat the emf is zero at t = 0. And I used 55.6V multiplied by sin [ 4 rad/s x /30]and i got 54.45V for the second part but it keep saying that it iswrong. I tried doing in radians and in degrees in my calculator buti keep getting the same answer which is 54.45V can someone help me what i did wrong ??
