Assuming a 450kVAR capacitor bank is operated in VAR control, what would be an appropriate dead-band (i.e. the range between the On and Off VAR setpoints) for the entire capacitor bank? (The bank has 150 kVAR in each phase. All three phases are switched on or off at the same time, based on the sum of kVAR flow over all three phases of the feeder above the bank.) dead band is same as the capacitor bank capacity because it is working the same process when ON or OFF
