In ideal case i.e when there are no heat losses due to the resistance of the conductor material that will be equal to 25000 watts.But in general it is not possible to transfer energy without the resistance involvement of the conductor.As the resistance causes heat losses,it will consume some wattage of power.So the output will be always less than 25000 watts.
