Native America resevation also called as the Indian reservation and is a legal designation for a area of land managed by Native American tribe controlled by the US bureau of Indian affairs rather than by US in which it is really located in, so the law which is prevailing in this area is different from that of the surrounding areas.In the late 1880s there was the revolution of removing the tribes from their ancestral homes and relocating them to a piece of land which lead to large voilence because the order was first ignored by many peoples which was then forced to the new piece of land. After this It was put out that new rights for Native Americans, and encouraged tribal sovereignty and land management by tribes.The act slowed the assignment of tribal lands to individual members.
