B.1 Platform frames are anchored to the concrete or masonry foundation by means of anchor bolts which are embedded into the foundation to which the frame sills are attached.
B.2. Advantages:
A. extraordinarily strong once they are erected, mainly due to the amount of sophistication that is put into its engineering.
B. The trusses can be used to cover larger spans and wooden trusses are not just cheap but also offer great strength. This is because they have been engineered in a manner that every piece of wood in the roof structure offers support and strength.
Disadvantages:

D.1. It is unwise to eliminate overhanging eaves because these eaves are exposed to rain and hails or storms and any leakages will lead to damage to the fixtures such as doors, windows and may also cause stains on wall etc
D.2. Exterior trim should be backprimed. This means that the decorative pieces of wood on the outside of your house should have paint on all sides before they are attached to the house. Without backpriming, the wood can absorb moisture, which can cause warping, rotting, and shorter paint life on the front of the piece of trim.
