Loading time = 5 mins
Unloading time = 5 mins
Shuttle capacity = 60 people
So shuttle takes 10 mins to travel from hotel to event and another 10 mins from event to hotel.
So shuttle takes 20 mins only for travelling 2 way trip
Including loading and Unloading, it takes another 10 mins
1) 2 way operating time of shuttle = 20+5+5
= 30 minutes
2) Time required for 1 shuttle = (1000/60)*30
= 500 minutes
If entire operation is not supposed to take more than one hour and a half, then shuttles required = 500/90
= 5.55 say 6 shuttles
