You require following commands in autocad to draw the above layout.

1. Line command.

For this click on line command and enter the required dimension.You will get the line. Also decide one point and then draw so as to reach that point again.

2. Angle command.( For the line which are at an angle i.e, other than horizontal or vertical line)

While drawing inclined line mention the required angle as shown in the layout and the corresponding distance of the line, you will get the required thing..

3.Making the lines required to be dotted.

For drawing dooted line go to the properties option and select the line as dotted.

You will get the required layout.
