the patient is suffering from interstitial lung disease. the diagnosis include several aspect as the respiratory system is mostly affected. for diagnosis we can do- physical and clinical signs are noticed. such as wheezing in case of sarcoidosis, fever, non productive cough, headache, myalgia. the radiographic examination of lung show reduced lung volume with bilateral reticular opacities. inflammatory abnormabilities may be seen.

many drug use can lead to this as nitrofurantoin,bleomycin,amiodarone. several microbes can contribute to the disease such as- aspergillus, mycoplasma, streptococcus,

antimicrobials help in diagnosis are cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine, methotrexate.
