A representation of data values in the form of colors is called as heat map.

IFNA17, CXCL6 and IL8 showing differential expression at each time point. The expreesion levels between two cell lines is different from each other except few include IFNA21, IFNA6 and CCL27 at day 6 post infection, IFNA21 at day 8 post infection showing same expression in both lines.

Day 8 post infection showing greatest difference in expression between two lines.

If i join the lab at this point to continue the project, i would like to confirm these result by performing q-PCR and proceed for further experiments.
