As the hint says if the distance is 2.5 times larger, the new forceis decreased by 1/2.5^2 so, if the distance is doubled (i.e. multiplied by 2), themagnitude of the force will decrease by 1/2^2 or 1/4 So, F/4 = (1.39/4)*10^-7 N
