Let us consider the forces acting on the block

component of weight of block along incline = 2*9.8*sin65 = 17.76 N

Normal force from plane on block = 2*9.8*cos65 = 8.28 N

Friction force on block = 0.21*8.28=1.74 N

Spring force = 360x (where x is elongation of spring)
360x = 17.76-1.74 = 16.02

x = 16.02/360 = 0.0445m = 4.45 cm
