ball will attain highest speed when it almost reaches the ground and when ball reaches highest point it's velocity becomes lowest (zero)

part b)

Ball's speed will be highest at only near point E as in near point K ball is falling fromm lesser height as compared to the height from which ball fells to point E. So it wont be hight at K
