(a.) When the charge is moved in an electric field, it feels force which is called electric force, hence there is change in energy of that charged particle(proton in this case):

the equation for the same will be: V2-V1= del(U)/e --------> del(U)= [V2 -V1]*e

(b.) Using the above equation :

Charge on a proton is +1.602*10-19C which is =1eV .

Since there is only one proton moving in that electric field, so charge will remain to be 1 eV.

------> Change in electric potential energy : del(U)= (181-38)*1eV = 143 eV

(c) According to the work energy principle theorem:

On the expense of internal energy, work is done.
