Remember:
For parallel combination
Ceq = C1 + C2 + C3 +...............
for series combination
1/Ceq = 1/C1 + 1/C2 + 1/C3 + ............
for 2 capacitors in series it will be
Ceq = C1*C2/(C1+C2)
Using this Information:
6 uF and 2 uF are in series, So
Cs1 = 6*2/8 = 1.5 uF
9 uF and 6 uF are in series, So
Cs2 = 9*6/15 = 18/5 = 3.6 uF
Now 1.5 uF and 3.6 uF are in parallel, So
Ceq = 1.5 + 3.6 = 5.1 uF

Qeq = Ceq*Veq
Qeq = 5.1 uF*90 = 459 uC
Now remember in capacitors parallel combination voltage distribution in each part will be same and in series combination charge distribution in each capacitor will be same.
