Squaring and adding equations (1) and (2),
v^2 = 62.2 => v = 7.89 m/s.
and tan = (3.73)/(6.95) = 0.5367 => = 28.22°
B) Change in KE
= (1/2) [ (50.8) * (13.2)^2 - (50.8)*(6.3)^2 - (69.2)(7.89)^2 ] J
