b] Yes we can tell. Group A (1a) is more precise because its uncertainty (0.02m ) is less than that (0.12 m) of groupB.
c] percentage discrepancy in A = (2.51-2.50)*100/2.51 = 0.4%
percentage discrepancy in B = (2.51-2.49)*100/2.51 = 0.8%
d] A is more accurate as it has less discrepancy.
