A. Sun light sensitive mutants are most likely to be defective in the DNA repair polymerases. Generally, sun light radiation causes mutations. This effect is reversed by a set of DNA repair polymerases called light sensitive repair polymerases. This is called Direct reversal of Damage. DNA photolyases also play a crucial role in Sun light associated mutational reverse. Mutants like Dracula, Mole & Mr. Self Destruct show defective in the DNA repair polymerases which reverse the Sunlight mutational effect

B. In Marguerite, Faust & Mr. Self Destruct species there is a defect Base and nucleotide excession repairs. Because, they get mutated only in presence of Deaminating agents & Depurinating agents.
