1) PA = Patm + rho*g*h1

= 1.013*10^5 + 1000*9.8*0.3

= 1.0424*10^5 pa

2) PB = PA (using pascal's law)

= 1.0424*10^5

3) use PB = PC + rho*g*h2

==> PC = PB - rho*g*h2

= 1.0424*10^5 - 1000*9.8*0.15

= 1.0277*10^5 pa
