As soon as the ball is hit, the left fielder runs to the wall, leaps high, and catches it just before it clears the top of the wall with height h= 10.0 ft . You estimate that the ball left the bat at an angle of =30°.

Vi=71.16

10=-(1/2)*32*((tf)^2)+(205.0*0.5)

solve for tf... G=32 FT/S^2... NOT 9.8M/S^2. thats what screwed me up. with h=10 & D=205
