English language. I was wondering if a native American can correct this letter. I am an immigrant and English is my second language. Sometimes I use incorrect words and I can sound really off or rude. Can you express my thoughts in a polite way?

This is my letter:

Thanks for reaching out to me sooner. I am on chapter 3, Learn to Program by Chris Pine and I completed 50% Monk tutorials.

I need to discuss some issues:

1. Can I start Project program around mid December or January when college classes are over?

Reason:

I am taking Python and Data Structures in Java course right now. These are part of Computer Science degree requirements. I plan to graduate in December 2016.

When this semester is over, my intention is to take an one easier college course next year so save enough time to be part of Project program and complete them both at the same time.

I hope you forgive me to be too ambitions and naive for planning to start my learning journey at Project in August or September when I have not saved enough time to study for.

I will provide you the required code so you can decide either or not I am fit to be in the program around mid December or January 1st.

Please accept my appologies for my mistakes. I am confident that Project is the right path for me and I am sure I can be fit to start your program in a few months.
