First we need to find final volumes of steel tank as well as ethanol.

We use volume expansion as below,

Vfsteel = Visteel [1+steel(Tf-Ti)]= 2.80(1+32.4*10^-6(16.0-33.5)] = 2.7984124 m^3

Vfethanol= Viethanol[1+steel(Tf-Ti)]= 2.80(1+11.2*10^-4(16.0-33.5)] = 2.74512 m^3

V = 2.7984124 - 2.74512 = 0.0532924 = 0.053 m^3
