Calculate the transmitted intensity, I_f, when thete_3 = 59.6 degree. Do not enter units. Is there something different we are supposed to be doing for the third plate? I am inputting the calculation the same way, yet I am not getting the correct answer. You use the final intensity of the second problem and multiply cos^2(theta3-theta2)

If= 14.5 (cos20.8)^2 = 12.67

When theta2 = 41.2 deg

then If = 12.67 (cos(41.2 - 20.8))^2 = 11.13
