Explanation / Answer

1. In a orbit due there is external contact force that is pulling or pushing he body so only gravity is the only force that is acting on the body.So things are weightless.

2.The canon ball is fired due to heat energy in the form of friction as the ball rubs the barrel and both forward and backward force apply.

3.The canonball doesnt travel very far as they fall .So on this approximation one object which is dropped another one is fired horizontally will fall together.

4.The canon ball would not hit the earth if it would be fire from vaccum.But in earth it has to be to sent in a spped so that the path it drops in one second should match with the distance of the downward curvature of earth.
