c. Diclination of zenith is equal to the observer's latitude. So answer is +90 degrees.

d. June 21 is the summer solstice in the northern hemisphere. The position of sun is 90-X+23.5=90-90+23.5= 23.5 degrees.

e. December 21 is the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere.  The position of sun is 90-X-23.5=90-90-23.5= -23.5 degrees.
