Angle with normal = 90-69 = 21 deg.

Normal force due to the force applied = 930 × cos (21) = 868.23 N. (This is the force ceiling exerts on the body)

Force due to gravity = 71 × 9.8 = 695.8 N

Net normal force = 868.23 - 695.8 = 172.43 N

Net force on the body that makes it accelerate = 71 × 4 = 284 N

Frictional force = 284 - 172.43 = 111.57 N

Coefficient of friction = 111.57 / 172.43 = 0.647.
