A) Lets take option first,

Applying the goloden rule of voltage divider,

V = I *R1 + I * R2...............(1)

So the voltage across resistor R1 is

V' = R1 * V / (R1+ R2)

V/6 =  R1 * V / (R1+ R2)

or, R1 + R2 = 6 R1

or, R2 = 5 R1

Now from eq (1),

V = I *R1 + I * 5R1 = 6 I * R1

or I * R1 = V /6

Hence the option (1) is correct.

B ) The ratio of R1 / R2 = 1 / 5
