Please show clear steps. Thanks
Your team is designing a sensor for a piece of equipment on a space probe. The sensor is to detect the acceleration of a part relative to the rest of the probe. You decide to wrap a few turns of copper wire around a small cylindrical balloon and connect the part such that when it begins to move it pulls on the wire, crushing the balloon. You mount some magnets at the ends of the balloon so that an emf is generated as the balloon is crushed. It is this emf you will detect. The sensor can be reset by reinflating the balloon. Determine parameters that will allow for making this measurement. The voltmeter has a sensitivity of 1 mu V (meaning 1 mu V is the smallest signal that can be reliably detected). The entire apparatus must fit within a volume of 5 Times 5 Times 10 cm^3.Explanation / Answer
To determine acceleration , a :
In question it is given to wrap copper wire , So no.of turns and Voltage is needed and (Indutance value may be ).
Pulls on wire,Crush balloon : Force ,Pressure,Area ,distance are needed
Magnets are mounted for emf : So, magnetic field of magnet, Voltage,Magnetic flux
There may be other parameters to be taken in account.
