a) Buoyant Force = Weight of liquid displaced

2.10 *10^6*9.8 = (1.025*1000)*9.8*V

V= 2.10 *10^6*9.8/ (1025*9.8) = 2049 m^3

% immersed = 2049*100/[1900+515] = 84.8 %

volume above water surface = 100-84.8 = 15.2 %

b) volume added = Total volume - volume displaced

                           = [1900+515] - 2049 = 366 m^3
