Ans (1)- "Natural selection is a process by which organism with favorable variation survive and reproduce at a high rate. This will occur The adaptation ( an inherited variation that increases an organisms chance of survival in a particular environment). "

SO, OVER MANY GENERATION, AN ADAPTATION COULD SPREAD THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SPECIES. IN THIS WAY EVOLUTION BY NATURAL SELECTION AND RANDOM MUTATION WILL OCCUR.

This is essentially a sampling difference, the larger the sub-population the more likely it will resemble the original (parent ) population and the small number of individuals that act as founders might not posses all the alleles present in the parent population, and might display different frequency of those that they do possess.

The founder effect can result in radical changes in allele frequencies.

It causes fixation of alleles. When the allele reaches a frequency of 1, it is said to be fixed ,once an allele become fixed, genetic drift comes to halt, and the allele frequency can not change unless a new allele is introduced in the population via mutation or gene flow.
